In the USA...

Felipe and I are enjoying our time in the USA! So far it has been a busy time, but so good to see family and friends.

It has also been a special time for me to be able to finally share another side of my life with Felipe and to show him so many things about American culture. Felipe has experienced lots of new things on this trip so far!

We enjoyed Christmas American Style!
We've experienced a beautiful candlelight Christmas Eve service at my parent's church, family time, LOTS of FOOD, Christmas trees, Christmas music, opening Christmas presents, and MUCH more!
...We even got to kiss under REAL mistletoe!
Felipe also has experienced the coldest weather of his life! In below freezing temperatures...
And we have enjoyed warm cozy fires during the below freezing temperatures ... This photo was actually taken at Cracker Barrel. I love this southern food restaurant. It is southern food heaven!
SNOW! Felipe's first time seeing SNOW!

Starbucks Coffee... Sorry, not as good as Brazilian coffee, but still yummy!
We are in the Raleigh area until January 17th, so if you want to see us or get in touch with us while we are in the area, please send us an email. We will be attending my church, Covenant Church International, the next few Sunday mornings and there will also be a few gatherings that you could be a part of.
We would love to hear from you!
